Milk means health

It was said that in ancient times, women of legendary charm, such as Cleopatra and Poppea, bathed in milk to enhance their beauty. This custom has been revived today by various beauty farms that offer milk baths for the health of the skin.

Milk is a complete food, for its content of proteins, important vitamins (especially A and D but also E, C, B1, B2, B6, PP) and essential minerals such as calcium and phosphorus.
Calcium, in which milk is rich, along with vitamin D, helps to prevent osteoporosis, a disease that after a certain age especially strikes women. Cured cheeses contain more calcium than fresh cheeses and dairy products such as ricotta at comparable weights.

With its precious nutritional characteristics, milk is recommended for all ages: for the development of newborns, for the growth of children, and to accompany adolescents under the pressures of studies and sports; it nourishes adults in a safe and balanced manner and is an important food for the health of older people.
